Today we went Strawberry picking. We went to the same farm as last year, but this time we did not pick as many as last year. They are so so delicious. We will have to try to go for raspberries, the trick is you have to get there right a 9:00 by 10:30 you may be too late.
Tonight for dinner I made spinach salad, with a bit of red onion, sunflower seeds, olive oil with with cilantro herb blend, and some of our fresh picked strawberries.

The main course was stuffed shells, I added white cheddar instead of mozzarella, and diced up some deli chicken and added it to the cheesy mix. Yum, yum.
Oh, I just love fresh berries…our strawberry season is just about over and I asked the lady who runs the U-pick field if she knew where I could get raspberries and she doesn't know. they only have strawberry and blackberry fields. But, the blueberries are comgin up next and I can't wait. I love those even more than the strawberries…That meal looks delish! I love fresh spinach too. It's so good for you!
