Knitting Nest

In Wisconsin, if you are heading east on Hwy 10 toward Appleton, just past Waupaca, you will see a sign for the Knitting Nest.  Recently, I have been seeing these signs travelling back and forth from the Fox Valley area, thinking,  I need to stop and check it out.  So last week while heading to Appleton, we stopped.   It is a cute little shop packed full of yarn goodies.  They have all sorts of yarns, from Paton’s to Dream in Color and Interlacements. They also have Hand-dyed Wisconsin Yarns like this one….

from Hearthside Fibers.  The Knitting Nest has all the necessities any knitter or crocheter would need and more.  After reading Catherine and Patrick’s story, I can appreciate their little backyard shop all the more.  I will be stopping in again and again.
Enjoy!
