You know the saying, “Inch by inch, everything is a cinch.” Well for my Dogwood Scarf, flower by flower and Voila! It is finished…. This is my first project of the freefrom sort and it turned out beautifully… I am glad I gave it a try and look forward to sometime designing my own. Enjoy!

Flower by flower…
Kevin’s jeans were not quite long enough… A beach towel was the perfect alternative. Using three different needles, sewing here and there… I have a quarter finished and three quarters to go…. Enjoy!
Ladder leaves & Dogwood flowers
Over the weekend I worked up all the leaves for my Dogwood Scarf… Now I am working up the filler motifs and blocking the flowers and leaves. I am hopeful that I might be able to finish it this week… Enjoy!
Dogwood Flowers
My stack of Dogwood flowers for my scarf is growing…. I have eleven and counting. For color B, I have cut lengths of thread needed for each flower…. Since it is such a small amount it seems easier than trying to maneuver two balls of thread. Enjoy!
